Bill and Martha Pullum discovered Clarks Cay while on a mission trip with the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church in 2002.  After a year long closing process, they finally bought the cay from a Boston Photographer in 2003. They redesigned, remodeled and recreated the island into their lifelong dream of a tropical paradise.  They added electric power by running one and a half miles of cable underwater from the main island.  They added fresh spring water from the main island by running a water line the same distance.  With the addition of several new houses and amenities, Clarks Cay is now a luxurious island get-away.
