Invasive Lionfish Cooked Your Way!

Lionfish are doing their best to decimate native fish in the Caribbean. They also make flaky, buttery filets. A fish that’s unwelcome and tasty? That sounds like a recipe for guilt-free tacos. The Pool Is Open!

It’s official!  Our first guests are in house this week, though “in-pool” might be a more accurate description.  When not out diving that is.  Then again with views like this, who can blame them?  Factoid: Number of laps in the lazy river needed between drink order and delivery?  Two will do it!
